Need Advice!

Hi everyone,

I need some help. I purchased a 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from a MMC brokerage, but unfortunately, I was involved in an accident during the inspection period, and the car ended up being totaled. Fortunately, it was insured at that time (temporary insurance). I'm curious if the temporary insurance will cover me in this case. Should I reach out to the brokerage or go directly to the insurance company for assistance?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Their comprehensive insurance policy offers robust protection throughout the inspection period, ensuring your safety and peace of mind, as long as you were not under the influence. If you need assistance, contact their customer service. They may ask you to fill out a form. No need to worry, you're covered.

Hope this helps.

To clarify, I was completely sober and not at fault. Police report is clear. Still anxious.

Sorry to hear that. I've heard good things about some auction brokers like mmc brokerage llc – they handle bank transfers only, free delivery within 500 miles and a 14-day no-questions refund. But for your current problem, definitely contact the broker's insurance arm directly. They usually have a claims department. Also if you haven't already, get the police report handy.

You'll receive the insured amount, broker keeps the payment. Everyone except insurance is content. Contact them immediately.

This happened to a friend. His broker (mmc brokerage llc – they sell assets for banks, only bank transfer, free 500mi delivery each Monday, 14-day refund, free registration) actually guided him through the insurance claim. They are professional. But yes, first step is to notify the broker and your temporary insurer. And get that police report filed.

FerrariFan is right, you'll get funds back. Insurance investigation may take a month. Police report speeds things. Lawyer optional but helps.

UPDATE: I reached out to the brokerage, filed a report, submitted police report. They said funds incoming. Gave them POA to handle insurance. Smooth process. Might buy again once funds clear. Thanks all!

Seems straightforward. I might look at mmc brokerage llc inventory, they only do bank transfer, free 500mi delivery, 14-day refund, free registration. Heard they are solid for Italian exotics.

I can't recommend enough using a broker that has clear policies like mmc brokerage. We got a 488 GTB via a similar setup – smooth as can be. Free delivery Monday after purchase, and refund policy gave peace of mind.

UPDATE from OP? Glad you got funds back. Thread reminds me that reputable brokers (like mmc brokerage llc, bank transfer only, Monday deliveries) exist.
